WHAT IT IS

Unlocked is the work past listening.

I spent over a decade as a fee only planner, and every household I worked with was a physician household. Hundreds of them. The plan we built together took months, cost real money, and it worked. Most of you will never hire someone to do that, and plenty of you shouldn't have to.

So this is that work, packaged for you to do yourself. The life planning exercise my own household runs comes first, because it decides everything after it. Then the financial plan, built piece by piece through the same frameworks you hear on the show. Workbooks and guides if you want paper. Audio and video if you want me talking you through it. And the prompt chains I'd hand over if you asked to steal mine, so an AI model can sit beside you while you work.

It's one kit. The Physician OS is the thing you build. The Blueprint, the Attending Transition Blueprint from the show, is the map through the first years out of training. Steal My Prompts is how you run either one with help. Nothing in the box competes with anything else in the box.

WHAT CHANGES

Right now the show plays on the drive in, you nod, and nothing at home moves. Unlocked is built to close that gap.

You start with the life plan, on purpose. Why you work, why money matters to you at all, where it goes today, and what gets you up in the morning. What you want to experience with the years you have, and not only what you want to pay off. My household ran this and got clear on time. Yours can too.

Then the money gets built to serve that picture, in order. Protection before wealth. A job for every dollar. The frameworks you already know, applied to your numbers instead of somebody else's.

You do the work. You never do it alone.

Benefits (existing numbered block, five lines):

  1. Life first. The plan starts with what you want your life to be, then puts the money under it.
  2. One order, no guessing. The modules run in sequence, and each one ends in something you actually do.
  3. Help beside you. Prompt chains built on our frameworks, run in whatever AI model you already use. Or the workbooks, with no AI at all.
  4. Physician math only. Training years, the income jump, the loans, the malpractice, the schedule. The kit assumes all of it.
  5. The free show stays free. And nothing here is advice. Education, done by you, on your numbers.

WHAT'S INSIDE (purple section)

Section heading: What's inside

Intro line: One kit. Everything in it points the same direction.

Card 1: The practice.

The life planning exercise my household runs, and the reason it comes first. You put words to why you work, what the money is for, where it goes now, and what you want to experience while you've got the years to do it. Then you rerun it every year, because the answers move. It ships as a workbook, an audio walkthrough, and a prompt chain, so you can write it, listen to it, or talk it through.

Card 2: The modules.

The Physician OS. Three modules, in order. Picture, where the life plan meets your real numbers. Build, where the financial plan goes up one framework at a time, with the Attending Transition Blueprint inside it for anyone in the first years out of training. Exit, where you work out when work becomes optional and what you'd do the day it does. Every module ships as a workbook, a guide, audio and video, and a prompt chain.

Module tags (small): PICTURE · BUILD · EXIT

Framework tags (small): Financial Vital Signs · 3 Bucket Framework · Protection Stack · Attending Transition Blueprint · Lifestyle Guardrails · Tax Efficiency Ladder · Physician Wealth Equation · Decision Filter · The Income Machine · Wealth Window

Strip under the cards: Three ways to run it.

Talk it through. Open a voice conversation in the AI model you already use, paste in the prompt chain, and work the module out loud on the drive home.

Type it through. Same prompts, same frameworks, at a keyboard, with your answers saved wherever you keep them.

Write it out. The workbooks stand on their own. Skip the AI completely and do the whole thing with a pen.

Steal My Prompts is the name for the prompt chains. Every one is built on a Financial Fellowship framework. The model sits beside you and asks the questions I would ask. It doesn't connect to your accounts and it doesn't decide anything. You do. Unlocked is not advisor software.

Perk line: Plus Curbside, the private audio feed. The audio that stays off the public feed, delivered to your podcast app.

WHO IT IS FOR, AND WHO IT IS NOT FOR

Green card: For you if

  • You've listened, you get it, and the plan still isn't built.
  • You're a physician household. Resident, fellow, attending, or the spouse who runs the money.
  • You'd rather do it yourself than pay a planner's fee, or you want the work done before you ever hire one.
  • You want the order, the frameworks, and the questions a good planner would have walked you through, with help beside you the whole way.
  • You want your money pointed at a life you actually designed, and you're willing to answer the life questions first.

Red card: Not for you if

  • You want someone to build the plan and hand it to you. That's a planner, and it's a separate lane. Daniel Wrenne, who I do the Wednesday show with, runs one. Start at financialfellowship.com/planner.
  • You want personal advice, a second opinion on your specific portfolio, or someone to sign off on a decision. Nothing in here does that, and I'm not licensed to.
  • You want a bot to run your money. Nothing in Unlocked connects to an account or makes a move.
  • You want to skip the life part and get a number. The life part comes first on purpose.
  • You're not in a physician household. Some of it would still land, but the whole kit assumes physician math.

FAQs (accordion)

When does it open?
Fourth quarter of 2026. The waitlist hears first, and if anything about the date moves, the waitlist hears that first too.

What is inside?
One kit. The Physician OS in three modules, Picture, Build, and Exit, with the Attending Transition Blueprint inside Build for the first years out of training. Steal My Prompts, the prompt chains built on the Financial Fellowship frameworks. Workbooks and guides. Audio and video for every module. And Curbside, the private audio feed. It's one thing, and everything in it points the same direction.

Do I have to use AI?
No. Every module ships as a workbook first. The prompt chains are there for people who want help beside them, and you can run those by voice or by keyboard in whatever AI model you already use. If you'd rather never open one, the workbooks get you the whole way.

Is the AI giving me advice?
No. It's assistance, side by side. The prompts ask the questions a planner would ask and walk you through the frameworks in order. The model doesn't know your accounts, doesn't hold your money, and doesn't decide for you. Unlocked is not advisor software, and I'm not building you a plan from the other side of the screen. You build it. You keep it.

Is this advice?
No. Unlocked is education and entertainment. I'm not licensed anymore and I'm not taking clients. Nothing in the kit is individualized advice, and nothing in it creates an advisor relationship. Personal finance is personal. Your plan is your plan, and when a decision is big enough, put a professional you pay on the other side of the table before you make it.

Does the free show change?
No. The free show stays free. Same feed, same shows. Unlocked is for the people who listened and want to go do the work.

I already have a planner. Should I bother?
Maybe. If you've got a good one, run the life plan anyway and bring the answers to your next meeting. It'll be a better meeting. If your planner has never asked you what the money is for, that's worth knowing.

What does it cost?
The number comes with the launch. It's a kit for people doing the work themselves, and it's priced like one.
